Once your initial consultation is confirmed and scheduled, you will receive a new client packet containing forms and information. The packet includes a comprehensive intake form that must be returned 72 hours before your scheduled initial consultation. This allows us to thoroughly review and prepare for our session, ensuring our time together during the consultation is utilized efficiently. After reviewing your intake form, we will design an individualized protocol to meet your specific wellness needs and goals.
